Services

I offer individual and family sessions for anyone over the age of 5.  I do not currently offer couples therapy but will be happy to make a referral.  Please know that most insurance companies will not cover couples therapy.

Individual and family sessions can be arranged either as in-person or telehealth.  In-person sessions are preferred for children.  Please see below for more information. 

This is your traditional therapy session where you will meet with me one-on-one in an office setting.  The space will be comfortable and secure, away from outside noises and any distractions.  My office is in a  convenient location off Hurstbourne Parkway in Jeffersontown, KY. 

In this setting, you will meet with me one-on-one via laptop or a phone through a HIPAA-compliant secure platform.  Most insurance plans cover telehealth services, but you will want to check with your plan administrator before your first appointment.  Please note that you must reside in the state of Kentucky to receive this service.  

Reiki is channeling of the universal healing energy.  Reiki can "do no harm" and can help unblock negative energy that gets stuck in your mind, cells and organs.  This is not a service covered by insurance but can aid in your healing journey.  I am a Master Level Reiki practioner. 

I currently accept Anthem and Anthem Medicaid plans; Humana and Humana Medicaid plans; and Passport. 

You may also choose to forego using your insurance and self-pay for your sessions.  Self-pay rates are $125 for the initial intake session and $100 for follow-up 50-minute sessions.  I am also happy to provide a superbill for any out-of-network insurance plans.
