Compassionate, integrative therapy‍ ‍based in Louisville, Kentucky

Welcome to Gaia Healing! I’m so glad you’re here.

Healing is not a straight line, but you don't have to walk that journey alone. At Gaia Healing, I offer an inclusive, trauma-informed, safe place for therapy that honors your whole self: your story, your nervous system, and your spirit.

What I treat and my treatment style

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. I work with people suffering from the symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, poor self-esteem, grief and loss, family and relationship issues, among others. I strive to offer neuro-affirming care and enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, although everyone is welcome in my practice!

I use a variety of modalities to suit individual's needs, such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems and others. I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained. I enjoy incorporating expressive and art-based interventions as well as mindfulness in my work with clients.

Get to know me & my approach

I believe that healing is possible for ALL people. My approach to therapy is integrative, which I say to mean that I use holistic and individualized approach that is trauma-informed, strengths-based and liberation-centered. I utilize systemic awareness, challenge what is considered “normal” or status quo, and help you navigate the existential dread and burnout.

I champion bodily autonomy and honor differences. I am a fierce advocate for rest and consistent self-care for the mind and the body.
