When you call my office, you will likely receive a voicemail. Please leave your name and number so that I may be sure to get back with you within a reasonable time. When I give you a call back, I will collect your basic information such as your name, address, age, etc. and your insurance information, if you would like to use your insurance. Alternatively, you may use the online form in the "Contact Me" section to schedule your first session, and I will get back with you via email. 

Individual and family sessions generally last between 50 to 55 minutes.  A longer session is available upon request with an additional charge (if not covered by insurance or not using insurance).  

Absolutely! I use a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted secure video counseling and messaging platform for my practice which meets all federal guidelines. With that said, you'll want to make sure you are in a private area, away from others, to keep the session confidential. I recommend using a sound machine outside of your room and hanging a "do not disburb" sign on the door.

Not at all.  Reiki is not a service covered by insurance and I offer Reiki separately from my psychotherapy services.  Please let myself or my business associates know that you are interested in Reiki when you call or email.
